Our Intake Process
This is what to expect with our intake process:
Use the “Request an Appointment” button to access our online calendar where you can book a free 15-minute initial consultation with our practicum student, Carley Ritz (Monday or Thursday mornings).
If none of the times work work with your schedule or if you have any questions, please contact Carley directly at crmhinfo@gmail.com or 780-781-8980.
PLEASE NOTE: These appointments can be completed via in-person, secure video, or telephone. If you prefer a phone appointment, please set the type of appointment to either in-person or video and make a note in the comments section when booking.
Complete the free 15-minute Initial Consultation with our practicum student. Once completed, she will refer you to a clinician of best fit at CRMH or provide external referrals.
