About Cassidy

Starting therapy can feel intimidating — but if you’re here, you’ve already taken the bravest step. Reaching out is often the hardest part, and it’s also where meaningful change begins. My name is Cassidy Bucek. I’m a Provisionally Registered Psychologist who works with teens, adults and couples. I support people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are looking for a space where they can explore their thoughts, speak freely, and feel supported as they work through life’s challenges.

My style is grounded in fitting your unique needs, where we can collaborate and tackle these stuck moments together. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself, so I focus on creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and free of judgment. Whether you’re dealing with stress, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, or big life changes, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy can be challenging at times, especially when it means facing things you’ve been
carrying for a while. But you don’t have to do it alone. I truly believe that we all have the ability to heal, grow, and create meaningful change — especially when we feel supported along the way.

In our sessions, we’ll focus on understanding what’s going on beneath the surface, building practical tools to help you navigate challenges, and helping you feel more grounded and connected in your life and relationships. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling heard, supported, and more confident moving forward.

Outside of the therapy room you can usually find me with my nose stuck in a book or spending time with my dogs.
